Free fitness sessions
New free winter fitness and wellbeing sessions are being offered in Boston giving older people the chance to enjoy tasters of activities to help keep them active.
The four-week programme will include sessions on tai chi, dance, seated exercise and information about volunteering.
The sessions are delivered by the Lincolnshire Community and Voluntary Service (LCVS) as part of a programme funded by Boston Big Local.
The course begins 10am to midday on Friday, February 3, at Ridlington Day Centre, Sibsey Lane, Boston, continuing up to and including Friday, February 24.
The course will also include the chance for a cup of tea and a chat.

There is no set age range to qualify for the course, but it is aimed at older people.
