Welcome to Boston Borough Council's customer Services homepage. Our aim is to constantly improve the quality, consistency and accessibility of services for our customers; we want, simply, to give our customers excellent service.
We try to offer our customers a choice about how, when and where they can reach us; in person by visiting our offices or via the telephone, web or email. We also have customer access computers at our offices. These can be found in main reception and also in the benefits/council tax waiting area to the rear of the atrium.
