The comfortable chapel provides seating for approximately 80 mourners with additional standing room for larger congregations, and is provided for use by all faiths or non-religious groups as appropriate.
There is an induction loop facility fitted to enable users of hearing aids to listen to the service more clearly. The speaker system extends to the foyer and outside of the building so that the service can be relayed to mourners if the congregation is extra large. There is parking at the crematorium, and a waiting room and toilets are provided. Disabled persons toilets are also provided.
