The Port of Boston has regular sailings to Germany, Holland and Scandinavia and offers a range of facilities including a full stevedoring service for container, bulk and sideport services on a 24 hour basis.
The Port of Boston is the only major port in the East Midlands currently handling some 750 vessels and 1.5 million tonnes of steel per train to operate to a dedicated facility in Birmingham (the Round Oak terminal) enabling customers of steel products in the Midlands to access their supplies the same day.
