The Boston Dial-A-Ride is an accessible door to door transport service for those unable to use existing forms of transport and living in the area depicted in the map below.
The service is open to everyone regardless of age or disability.

The service operates Monday to Friday 0830-1730, and can be used for any purpose e.g. Training, Work, Job Clubs, medical appointments, visiting, shopping, social functions etc.
For all enquires or to book a journey please contact the Booking Clerk on 01205 319534, Monday to Friday between 0930 – 1230. Bookings can be made between 2 days and one week in advance, and journeys are allocated on first come first served basis. Urgent requests with less than 2 days notice may be accommodated, subject to availability.
Fares vary according to the distance travelled, based on a minimum fare of £1.40 single, £2.00 return. Fares for children travelling with a parent are ½ the price structure (contained in the leaflet which is available from Boston CVS or Customer Services at the Boston Borough Council).
The Dial-A-Ride vehicles are fully accessible and the seating arrangements are flexible to meet a variety of travel needs including accommodating wheelchairs. The trained driver is able to assist getting in and out of the vehicle and should assistance be required at your destination, you are able to have someone travel with you at a charge of £1.00 per return journey (to be agreed with Booking Clerk at time of booking). All members are required to wear seatbelts.
The Boston Dial-A-Ride service is operated by Boston Community Transport and Translinc Ltd.
This scheme is supported by the Boston Borough Council, East Lindsey District Council, The Countryside Agency, Lincolnshire County Council and the Medlock Trust.
