Overviewing the future of Boston Borough Council, Councillor Jordan says:

"Whilst short term traffic improvements together with the delivery of a distributor road must be our priorities, the new Council MUST tackle Boston's other problems with the same enthusiasm, professionalism and objectivity as attributed to that of the traffic problems.

"In my many years of management I have always believed that people are any organisation's greatest asset. Motivation of your workforce is essential and maintaning open communications at all levels is vital. Any management gains the belief of its workforce by what it actually does and not what it says it will do.

"It is paramount that as a new Council we uphold the highest standards of integrity, honesty and transparency, in all we do".
