Application for the variation of a premises licence - Stop 'N' Go

APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for the variation of a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by Thiagarajah Saravanapavanto Boston Borough Council in respect of premises known as Stop 'N' Gowhich are situated at 68 Main Ridge East, Boston, PE21 6SY

The application applied for is to permit the following licensable activities during the given times

Sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises

Monday - Sunday:           08.00 hours until 23:00 hours

Change of internal layout

The register of applications may be inspected at the offices of Licensing and Land Charges Section, Municipal Buildings, West Street, Boston, Lincolnshire, PE21 8QR, during normal office hours.

Any representations by responsible authorities or other persons regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority, Boston Borough Council at the above address by Wednesday 19th October 2022

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
