Application for a Premises Licence - Central Park

APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by NS - UK Group (Northern LTD)to Boston Borough Council in respect of premises known as Central Park which are situated at 8 Thorold St, Boston PE21 6PH

The application applied for is to permit the following licensable activities during the given times

Sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises

Saturday - Sunday within the month of June & July:  12.00 hours until 22.00 hours

Performance of outdoor live music, playing of outdoor recorded music

Saturday - Sunday within the month of June & July:  12.00 hours until 22.00 hours

Performance of Dance outdoors or anything of a similar description

Saturday - Sunday within the month of June & July:  12.00 hours until 22.00 hours

The register of applications may be inspected at the offices of Licensing and Land Charges Section, Municipal Buildings, West Street, Boston, Lincolnshire, PE21 8QR, during normal office hours.

Any representations by responsible authorities or other persons regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority, Boston Borough Council at the above address by Tuesday 20th December 2022

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
