APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a variation for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by George Bateman & Son Ltd ,  to Boston Borough Council in respect of premises known as the The Red Cow Inn, which are situated at Gaysfield Road, Fishtoft, Boston, PE21 0SF

The application applied for is to amend the premises licence plan to incorporate the newly built conservatory

The register of applications may be inspected at the offices of Licensing and Land Charges Section, Municipal Buildings, West Street, Boston, Lincolnshire, PE21 8QR, during normal office hours.

Any representations by responsible authorities or other persons regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority, Boston Borough Council at the above address by Thursday 9th February 2023

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
