APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by Marco Torres to Boston Borough Council in respect of premises situated at Fenside Estate Office, Carlton Road, Boston, PE21 8NF

Sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises

Monday - Sunday:               09.00 hours until 23.30 hours

Playing of indoors and outdoors recorded music

Monday - Sunday:               06.00 hours until 00.00 hours

The register of applications may be inspected at the offices of Licensing and Land Charges Section, Municipal Buildings, West Street, Boston, Lincolnshire, PE21 8QR, during normal office hours.

Any representations by responsible authorities or other persons regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority, Boston Borough Council at the above address by Thursday 13th April 2023

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
