Final chance to have your say on Local Plan

Today is the final day for residents in Boston borough to have their say on where new homes, businesses and roads should be built over the next 20 years.

A new Local Plan is being prepared for South East Lincolnshire (the areas of Boston Borough Council and South Holland District Council) to guide the development and use of land up until 2036, including the provision of some 18,000 homes.

The South East Lincolnshire Local Plan is being produced by Boston Borough Council, South Holland District Council and Lincolnshire County Council working in partnership.

A public consultation exercise was launched on January 8 and runs until 5pm today (Friday, February 19).

For more information on the Local Plan visit or pop into Municipal Buildings to see the public exhibition
