Opening Times
The Municipal Buildings is open for face to face visits and telephone calls from 8.45am to 5.15pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and 8.45am to 4.45pm on Fridays.
The Tourist Information Centre (TIC) is normally open on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 10:30am to 3:30pm, with last admission at 3pm. Check the Guildhall page for details of any closures to the public due to private hire events.

If your enquiry is not urgent, we would appreciate it if you could contact us the next working day. The operator will first establish whether your enquiry can wait until the next working day. If it cannot wait, the operator will take the appropriate action, which has been agreed by the council, to deal with the urgent situation. All contacts that are handled by the out of hours service will be notified to the council on the next working day.
