Show you care with a Boston Bag For Life
Just 20 shopping trips where you have had to pay 5p for a plastic bag will cost you the same as if you had bought an exclusive limited-edition Boston Bag For Life.
The tough, close-weave bags come inside their own small zip-up pouch - ideal for popping into a handbag and available at all times.
The bag also displays a specially-designed logo showing your support for Boston with representations of the Stump, Maud Foster Mill, Guildhall and the market (see picture).
They are available for just £1 from reception at Municipal Buildings in West Street and Geoff Moulder Leisure Complex, Rowley Road as a special promotion by Boston Borough Council, which is making them available at cost price.
John Williamson (pictured above), who has stood on Boston Market for 18 years, loads oranges into one of the limited-edition Boston Bags For Life.
"I hope people want them. It helps promote Boston and the market and shows we care about the environment," he said.
