Be like Simba and get up early for Lion King ticket savings

The lion roars tonight. Well, he'll be roaring in Central Park on Saturday, September 15.

And if you get up with the sun, like Mufasa and Simba, you could nab an early-bird ticket and save yourself up to £18 on a family ticket (two adults and two children).

The Lion King will be showing on the giant outdoor screen in the park, and there are huge savings to be made if you book early.

There will be standard online tickets available when all the early-bird ones have gone and tickets will be available on the gate - £30 for a family ticket, adults £10, concessions £9 and children £8. But if you book now you could claim a family ticket for a reduced price of just £18.

There will be a bar, soft-drink refreshments, popcorn and sweets available.

Some tickets are still available for The Greatest Showman sing-a-long in Central Park on Friday, September 14.
