LICENSING ACT 2003

APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by Swineshead Institute Football Club to Boston Borough Council in respect of premises known as The Sports Pavilion which are situated at The Causeway, Swineshead, Boston, PE20 3UA


The application applied for is to permit the following licensable activities during the given times

Sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on the premises

Tuesday - Thursday:  8pm to 9pm
Saturday:   3.30pm to 7pm 

The register of applications may be inspected at the offices of Licensing and Land Charges Section, Municipal Buildings, West Street, Boston, Lincolnshire, PE21 8QR, during normal office hours.

Any representations by responsible authorities or other persons regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority, Boston Borough Council at the above address by Thursday 11th May 2017. 

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.

The application applied for is to permit the following licensable activities during the given times

Live music, recorded music, anything of a similar description to live and recorded music.

Saturday:  1pm to 9pm

Restricted to one event day per year

The register of applications may be inspected at the offices of Licensing and Land Charges Section, Municipal Buildings, West Street, Boston, Lincolnshire, PE21 8QR, during normal office hours.

Any representations by responsible authorities or other persons regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority, Boston Borough Council at the above address by Friday 26th May 2017.
