APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by Mr Paul Collingwood to Boston Borough Council in respect of premises known as Willoughby Road Allotment Cafe situated at Rowan Way, Boston, Lincolnshire, PE21 9HN     

The application applied for is to permit the following licensable activities during the given times

Sale by retail  of Alcohol for consumption on the premises

Tuesday-Saturday                            11.00 hours until 19.30 hours

The register of applications may be inspected at the offices of Licensing and Land Charges Section, Municipal Buildings, West Street, Boston, Lincolnshire, PE21 8QR, during normal office hours.

Any representations by responsible authorities or other persons regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority, Boston Borough Council at the above address by Wednesday 16th July 2025

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
