Licensing Act 2003 - Statement of Licensing Policy - Boston Borough Council
We are now consulting on a review of our Statement of Licensing Policy, which we must legally do at the end of each five-year period.
The document attached indicates the proposed amendments to the existing licensing policy. These have been highlighted for ease of reference. The revised policy will relate to the next five-year period which starts in 2026 and can be viewed here: Proposed Licensing Policy 2025 to 2030 (PDF, 942 KB)
