APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by Fika Fika LTD to Boston Borough Council in respect of premises situated at 5 Red Lion Street, Boston, Lincolnshire, PE21 6NY     

The application applied for is to permit the following licensable activities during the given times

Sale by retail  of Alcohol for consumption on the premises

Monday-Saturday                            10.00 hours until 23.30 hours

Provision of plays indoors & outdoors

Friday - Sunday                              12:00 hours until 00:00 hours

Provision of live music indoors & outdoors

Saturday - Sunday                         18:00 hours until 23:00 hours

The register of applications may be inspected at the offices of Licensing and Land Charges Section, Municipal Buildings, West Street, Boston, Lincolnshire, PE21 8QR, during normal office hours.

Any representations by responsible authorities or other persons regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority, Boston Borough Council at the above address by Friday 8th August 2025

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
