Everyday involvement but first major success was to get Boston Bowl passed through the planning system way back in the Nineties against lots of councillors not thinking ahead.

What Would You Say to Someone Who Is Thinking Of Becoming A Councillor In The Future?

Be prepared to work hard at it. Being a public representative is a hard job do not enter it lightly. Be prepared for knocks and losses it is a difficult but rewarding job.
