This form will allow you to raise an issue with a service provided by the council as well as request general information from the council regarding specific topics.

Please Note

  • There is a time limit on each page of this form of 1 hour. Select the 'Next' / 'Submit' button on each page within an hour, otherwise your data will be lost.
  • All fields marked with an asterisk (*) must be completed.
  • Extra help, where provided, can be found immediately after each field.

Data Protection Information

  • The information you provide via this contact form will be emailed to the Council and retained on our contact system hosted by GOSS and managed by Public Sector Partnership Services Ltd (PSPSL), our processing partner. Your correspondence will be shared with relevant officers, members, or with other third parties where legally allowed. The purpose is to investigate your complaint or action your request.  The correspondence may be associated to a case file, and as such may be kept for 6 years beyond the closure of that case.  Where there is no need to retain this correspondence it will be deleted within 2 years.  For more information in respect to data protection please see our General Privacy Notice.
